Sustainability in delivery becoming a reality

In recent months, the New Jedi partnership has been deeply involved in developing the educational content for the MOOC that will train the professional figure of the Food Delivery Expert.

In particular, the partners met in October in France and in January in Naples to agree and define the contents and units of the modules that will make up the course. They will mainly focus on trend analysis of market sustainability, communication of the company’s green philosophy, development of sustainable menus, identification of low environmental impact packaging, and management of food production processes. Each module will consist of a theoretical part and practical exercises. The course will then close with a project work in which, starting from a real case study, the participants have to develop a business plan for adapting the services of a restaurant to delivery via app and for the creation of new menus in line with consumer demands.

The course will start soon and those who take part will be able to develop a new vision of the HO.RE.CA. sector or improve their skills in the management of activities related to the sector.
